Business Analyst- New Pricing products - Northampton
The candidate should be an experienced, proactive and independent Business Analyst, with the drive and ability to put into place the changes the business wants to make. The assignment is to work in the Barclaycard Consumer Europe (BCE) portfolio on a project to deliver variable rate pricing across a number of products. A solid understanding of IT and parameters is necessary as this project will involve significant change to our current systems.
The key deliverable will be the Requirements for the project, as the team is currently trying to move forward without dedicated BA resource. The successful candidate will therefore need to get up to speed quickly, define the approach and take control of the requirements gathering, documentation and management to ensure they are comprehensive, traceable and testable. An established BA with experience of mutliple project types, methodologies and techniques is necessary; and the interpersonal skills to work effectively with an established team in a fast paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills are essential as this project will involve liaison with senior members of the Group due to the implications on Funding. Financial awareness and data modelling / analytical skills will therefore be advantageous.
