Description:

My client, a top tier Bank require a Programme Lead to join their global migration initiative. Please note this role will require travel to other offices within the UK and Europe.
Skills/Experience (required):

Good knowledge of Programme Management; Proven experience of Global Change; Strong effective leadership and management; Experience of working across multiple work functions; Stakeholder management skills; Must have data migration experience, ideally cards migration; Current or previous Financial Services experience is essential; Vision Plus experience will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities (will include, but not be limited to):

Plan Change: Work collaboratively with the appropriate members of the programme. Includes identifying key stakeholders, defining the change vision and target state, defining the change structure and governance, developing the business case, assessing the change impact and defining the sequence and timing of change interventions; Enable and Transform the Organisation: Transform the way people work to ensure they adopt and own the new processes, technology, and ways of working associated with a change project. Includes aligning the organisation with the new business processes, developing and delivering learning and performance support, and preparing for and supporting the deployment of organisation changes.
