Process design, process mapping, learning and development, L&D, manufacturing, finance, energy

The Process Design Analyst will work within the Learning Management team, providing research, admin and logistical support to the Design Leads. This support is essential to develop the detailed target operating model, service management framework and organisational design of learning services.
*Working with stakeholders to design and deliver creative learning design solutions
*Collection, research and analysis of business information
*Engaging with the business and Learning and development teams

Essential
*Good track record of researching and being a research analyst
*Process mapping
*Learn ing and development design solutions
*Supporting design projects- process mapping, organisational design, documenting policies, procedures and manuals
*Proficiency in process mapping (Visio), Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word and MS Project)
*Experience working in a fast paced environment, delivering high quality solutions
*Experience of analytical methods
*Experience of working in a Shared services Organisation
*Experience of HR and Learning and Development (L&D) processes, design and management
*Experience working within large scale change programmes
*Good team player
*Well developed interpersonal skills, communication (written and oral)
*Good attention to details and well organised
*Any experience working within the finance or energy sector would be desirable/Fast paced environment
*Any experience of manufacturing would be a benefit
